Frequently Asked Questions

I understand these are difficult times. Please feel fee to ask me any questions.

If you are Covid positive and/or have symptoms, please do not come to the session. In this case our session can be held via Zoom/phone.

If you are very unwell, please let me know as soon as possible that you may not attend the session. This way I can try to fit you in sooner than later when you are feeling better.

If you do not inform me of this cancellation and simply do not turn up, the full fee applies.

All fees are due on or before the appointment by electronic transfer and Cash

All fees include GST.

Banking details will be sent to you prior to the appointment.

Late payments will incur an additional administration fee.

All cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation within this time frame or failure to turn up to a session will be charged the full rate.
